Hockey for Covington, LLC wins Heart of the Community Award from The Center for Great Neighborhoods of Covington. -Thanks to everyone involved with HfC and CSHL, players, supporters, local media, sponsors, partners, donors, and families!! Ya’ll are the reason we do this and how we get it done!!

The Covington Street Hockey League Plays To Save Their Hometown Park

The Covington Street Hockey League is a grassroots organization created by NKY residents who have a passion for both improving their community and hockey. Regarding improvements, the league aims to raise funds to renovate Kenney Shields Park in Covington. Games are played on Thursday evenings at 5 PM at Evans Recreation Area in Cincinnati and on Saturday mornings at 10 AM Kenney Shields Park. Antics are had in the form of post-game press conferences at Gypsy’s.  The team welcomes any and all who love giving back to the community and the game.     // Image: Chris Jenco // Published: 8.9.18
